Colwill is setting the standards at Cardiff, says boss

RUBIN Colwill sets the standard in training every day and his "numbers are through the roof", according to Bluebirds head coach Brian Barry-Murphy.
The Wales international, who was recalled to the national team squad last week for the double header against England and Belgium but didn’t play, tops the charts for goal contributions this season, with nine (four goals and five assists).
However, the Bluebirds boss says it’s the behind-the-scenes stuff which fans don’t see that has impressed him as much as his output on the pitch.
"Rubin Colwill previously would be seen as a young player, but in this dressing room he's not viewed as that, because of how he trains and how he acts day to day and his impact on our season has been huge.
"If you look at his numbers, they are through the roof. And that's come from his consistency in training. He's been brilliant, Rubin.
