The National Human Rights Commission will organise the Human Rights Day on December 10 where President Droupadi Murmu will be the chief guest, according to a press release issued on Thursday.
The function will be held at Bharat Mandapam at 1000 a.m. Human Rights Day is celebrated to commemorate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) on this day in 1948.
