Blue Ocean Corp inks pact with IILM to bridge skill gaps in logistics & supply chain sector

Blue Ocean Corporation, a global leader in supply chain training and consulting, offering premium solutions to clients across diverse verticals - Training, Consultancy, and Conferences, with a 300,000+ worldwide alumni community in 17+ countries, particularly in the MENA region and the Indian sub-continent, has now teamed up with IILM University to roll out NEP-Aligned Logistics and Supply Chain Skill Development Programme in Kolkata to bridge the skill gap in India's logistics and supply chain sector.
The move aims at imparting essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the rapidly expanding Indian logistics industry, which is projected to grow from $317.3 billion to $484 billion by 2029.
"India's logistics sector is undergoing a transformation, and this collaboration will ensure that the next generation of professionals is equipped with the advanced skills required to drive that change. By integrating our program into IILM's curriculum, we are laying the foundation for a new era of logistics excellence, enhancing students' job readiness and improving placement outcomes after graduation. This is just the beginning of our mission to shape a smarter, more efficient logistics future for India," said Dr. Sathya Menon, the Group CEO of Blue Ocean Corporation.
