Rising in the heart of Ortigas Center, the minimalist development embodies the timeless philosophy of Zen, where simplicity meets sophistication, and tranquility finds its home amid the energy of Pasig City.

The inauguration ceremony celebrated more than just a structural milestone, as it honored a vision brought to life. Led by Federal Land Chairman Alfred Ty, Vice Chairman Thomas Mirasol, President Jose Mari Banzon, Metrobank Foundation Board Member Aniceto Sobrepeña, Pasig City Representative Congressman Roman Romulo, and Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, the event marked the completion of Tower 1 and the beginning of a new community.

"As Federal Land's first foray in Pasig City, The Grand Midori Ortigas was envisioned as a modern Zen-inspired sanctuary in the heart of Ortigas Center. It is a welcoming retreat that brings balance, serenity, and harmony to city living. Today, that promise stands tall before us."
