Maramon Convention to be Held from Feb 9 to 16

THE 130TH edition of Maramon Convention, billed as one of the largest Christian gatherings in Asia, will be held on the sandbeds of Pampa at Maramon in Pathanamthitta from February 9 to 16.

Dr Theodosius Mar Thoma Metropolitan, the supreme head of the Mar Thoma Church, will inaugurate the convention at 2.30 pm on February 9, office-bearers told a press conference.

Isaac Mar Philexinos Episcopa, president of Mar Thoma Evangelistic Association, which conducts the week-long event, will preside over the meeting.
