The highly-rated 24-year-old finished the recently concluded 2023/24 season in fine form as the Pilgrims successfully fought to retain their Championship status. His calm presence, shot-stopping ability and dealing decisively with crosses into the penalty area are stand-out features of his game.
Cooper has been with Argyle since the age of nine and has clocked up 161 first team appearances in all competitions. He is also under contract until June 2025 and that leaves the club with an important issue to deal with this summer.
