A PLYMOUTH woman who suffers so badly from migraines that she can no longer work is “excited” to be the first person in England to receive potentially life-changing treatment.
Anna Walker’s migraines are so severe that she spends every day in pain – and most of her time in bed. She was forced to give up the job she loved and she’s even unable to walk her dog due to the intensity of her symptoms.
But things could be looking up for Anna, as she’s the first person in the country to be administered the new, potentially life-changing drug Eptinezumab at Derriford Hospital.
