A £1m-plus project to transform Plymouth’s historic Raglan Gatehouse into flats is close to completion and the first properties are due to go on sale this summer. The Grade II listed building, in Devonport, had been derelict for years before developers bought it and started work in 2022.
Two years on and construction is near complete. Lang Town and Country, which is marketing the properties, said on its website that the development will contain four converted duplex apartments and four new mews-style houses with prices starting from £210,000.
The development will have private parking, landscaped gardens and air source heat pumps installed and the upper flats will have excellent views all the way to the city centre. A spokesman for Lang Town and Country said: “We’re hoping to launch the properties to the portals at the end of next month and have the launch event in early June.”
