The top brass of the Mumbai Police is fuming at the connivance of Oshiwara Police station officers with rape accused Bollywood playback singer Rahul Rajendra Jain to escape arrest and get bail despite strong evidence of rape, cheating, causing miscarriage and forcing woman to undergo an abortion against her will, and other sections of the IPC.

Additional Police Commissioner (West Region) Vinayak Deshmukh has ordered re-investigation of the rape case filed at Oshiwara Police station last October after the victim complained of cops connivance with Rahul Jain along with her lawyer to manipulate the case enabling the culprit to get bail.
