In a highly loaded political statement, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Monday that "there is a plan to create a big incident in the next one month". By way of explanation, he added that games were being played to create social tension, so that some untoward incident takes place.
He did not elaborate, but asserted that he was making this statement with "lot of seriousness."
