AMANDA HOLDEN has revealed her nickname is Carry On Mandy, because of her very naughty sense of humour.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, whose moniker is inspired by the bawdy 1970s Carry On films, thinks it makes her perfect for hosting new documentary show Sex: A Bonkers History.
The five-part series provides some scandalous revelations about famous names – including how Prince Albert was forced to hide from passionate Queen Victoria.
Amanda, 52, said: “The show came on to my radar and it was something for me, because I’m Carry On Mandy.
“It’s very tongue-in-cheek, fun and lightweight so that will be why I was offered it.
“You’re learning about stuff that no show has ever really covered before, which is obviously very interesting, relatable and everybody has it in common.
