The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) released a joint manifesto for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections on Friday (October 31, 2025). The 69-page manifesto details 25 promises by the NDA bloc.
The manifesto was released in the presence of all senior leaders of the alliance. Finance Minister of Bihar Samrat Choudhary, briefing the media about the manifesto, said, “The NDA promised to give 1 crore plus government jobs and employment. Will conduct a skills census, create skill-based employment, and establish Bihar as a global learning centre with mega learning centres in every district.”
Earlier, the Mahagathbandhan, led by Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Congress, released its manifesto titled 'Bihar Ka Tejashwi Pran,' promising to pass a law within 20 days of forming government, to provide government jobs to one member of every family in the State.
