Could Rodgers be on way back to Swansea?

Former Celtic head coach Brendan Rodgers could be making a shock Swansea return after Pompey's Championship's rivals sacked Alan Sheehan.

Rodgers spent two successful seasons with the Swans in the early stages of his managerial career, leading them to promotion to the Premier League via the playoffs in 2011 before replacing Roy Hodgson at Liverpool the following summer.
He is currently out of work after resigning from his role as Celtic manager last month following back-to-back defeats against Dundee and Hearts.
