Thousands raised for heroic Reds' fan who tried to stop train knife attack

MORE than £30,000 has been raised in less than 24 hours for a heroic Nottingham Forest fan who confronted the Cambridgeshire knifeman.
The campaign has drawn donations from high-profile figures such as the Reds' double European Cup-winner Martin O'Neill and boxing promoter Frank Warren.
Londoner Stephen Crean bravely approached the attacker during Saturday’s brutal mass stabbing - but he insists he’s “just a normal guy”.
Mr Crean boarded the LNER service from Doncaster to London King’s Cross in Grantham, while on his journey back home to the capital following that day’s Forest v Manchester United Game at the City Ground.
