Strip search revealed dealer had wraps of drugs in his pants

A NOTTINGHAM dealer was caught hiding drugs in his pants when he was strip searched at the police station.

Nottingham Crown Court was told how officers also found more than £3,500 in cash in the centre console of a car being driven by Emmanuel Mame when they stopped it.

The 24-year-old’s Clifton home was then searched and cocaine, ecstasy, ketamine and a stab vest were also recovered.

And the hearing was told that this is not his first offence for selling class A substances on the city’s streets.

Jailing him for two years and four months, Judge Rosalind Coe KC said: “You were stopped in a car because the police recognised you.

“There were multiple deals of drugs you had hidden and a search of your home revealed a large number of items relating to drug dealing.
