One97 Communications, the parent entity which operates brand Paytm, expects that its artificial intelligence (AI)-led efficiency is expected to drive operating leverage, with annualised savings of Rs 400 - Rs 500 crore expected, it said as part of its annual results on Wednesday.
The company has been at the forefront of leveraging AI to streamline its business processes, optimise risk management, and improve customer service. By incorporating AIdriven solutions, the company has been able to automate various functions, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall productivity. These initiatives are set to strengthen Paytm's financial position and drive growth, yielding tangible results in the coming quarters.
