United are hoping Mbeumo can carry fine form into the Manchester derby

BRYAN Mbeumo has already delivered exactly what he was brought to United to do: score goals.

The 26-year-old, who joined from Brentford in the summer for a deal that could rise to £71million, has scored in each of his last two games for United.

Having scored 20 Premier League goals for the Bees last season, Mbeumo was brought in, alongside Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Sesko, to cure United’s goalscoring woes from last term. So far, so good, for the Cameroon international.

Starting on the right hand side of United’s front three, Mbeumo has improved the team's pressing from the front and found the back of the net against Grimsby and Burnley.
