THE loved ones of a woman murdered before her body was kept in a shed for 10 days say they are 'broken.

Mariann Borocz, 55, was murdered by 62-year-old Christopher Barlow in Bolton. The pair bumped into each other in a shop in the town before Ms Borocz went back to Barlow's home nearby, on December 14 last year.

In the house, Barlow killed her and then dragged her body into his shed.

He had ripped her clothes off and then disposed of them in a bin belonging to one of his neighbours, also dumping other belongings.

Manchester Crown Court heard that there were no obvious signs of injury on her body, other than a red mark on her neck. Prosecutors said it was most likely that she died after being suffocated.
