Frankie Hough, 38, and her two children, Tommy, nine and Rocky, two, were travelling along the M66 near Bury on Saturday afternoon when they were involved in a collision with a BMW.
Frankie's nephew Tobias, four, was also a passenger.
Frankie, Tommy, Rocky and Tobias from Chadderton in Oldham - were transported to hospital via air ambulance.
Frankie, who was expecting a baby, has since tragically died.
