A SERVICE user has praised the help she has received from the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust's Recovery & Wellbeing College.

The college provides support to those seeking to improve their mental health and wellbeing. With three core values of hope, opportunity and control, the college takes a non-clinical and educational approach to mental health, offering a variety of courses and activities designed to support individuals on their recovery journey.
