Sheikha Latifa Bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), highlighted the vital role of museums as dynamic spaces that preserve heritage, foster creativity, and promote cultural exchange.
