Chefs egged on to sign up for talent search in the city

One of Scotland’s leading hospitality firms has launched a UK-wide search for the next generation of culinary talent.

Edinburgh-based Signature Group is offering aspiring senior chefs the opportunity to take the next big step in their career as part of its new Senior Chef Academy.

Under the mentorship of Ian Boyd Thorpe, executive chef at Signature Group's prestigious Rutland Hotel in Edinburgh, the successful applicants will join the first intensive three-month development programme in November and start honing their cooking skills before Christmas.
