Battle begins for control of Andrew accuser's millions

A LEGAL battle is under way over the millions left behind by Andy Windsor's accuser Virginia Giuffre.

It comes after she was paid £12million from the then prince to end a civil sex assault case.

Now her two sons, her housekeeper and her former lawyer are in court over who can take control of her estate.

Virginia moved to Australia with her husband before she took her own life in April aged 41 without leaving a formal will.
