A PENSIONER has been arrested three months after the gunshot death of a dog walker.
Brian Low, 65, was found dead on a remote path near Aberfeldy in Perthshire on February 17.
The former estate worker had been out walking his black labrador before he was discovered in the Pitilie area of the town. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
