A MUM who was shot dead on Valentine's Day has been described as "the best woman to walk in two shoes" by her teenage son.

Lisa Smith, 43, was killed outside a pub at about 7pm on Friday by a man who is said to be known to her.

Search teams were last night continuing to scour the Thames for the gunman, who is reported to have jumped from the QE2 bridge.

One touching card left at the pub said: "Our love and prayers are with your family, especially your boys and granddaughter. May your light continue to shine as bright as it always has."
