Cameron will fight Taylor at lightweight as she bids to win respect she deserves

NEW star Chantelle Cameron has told Katie Taylor she will go down to lightweight to take her undisputed crown.

The British star defended her undisputed title at light-welterweight with an impressive points victory over the Irish fighter on an electric night in Dublin.

Cameron, 32, was too big, too strong and too fresh for the older Taylor as she wrecked the big homecoming for her opponent with a stunning performance.

Taylor, 36, had moved up in weight for the bout and has a rematch clause she can trigger after her first loss as a professional. WBA, IBF, WBO and WBC queen Cameron now wants to get her hands on Taylor's belts at lightweight after winning 96-94, 96-94 and 95-95 on the scorecards.

She said: "I'm kind of sick of putting my belts on the line so why don't I go down to 135lb and take those belts off her hands? I'll go down to lightweight.
