DEVOTED Prince William yesterday marked Kate's 43rd birthday by sharing this new photo of the future Queen - and paying a deeply personal tribute to his "incredible wife". The black and white picture, taken in Windsor last summer by photographer Matt Porteous, shows a relaxed and smiling Kate in jeans, a white blouse, dark jacket and gingham scarf, with her hands in her pockets.

In his unusually heartfelt social media message, William wrote: "To the most incredible wife and mother. The strength you've shown over the last year has been remarkable.

"George, Charlotte, Louis and I are so proud of you. Happy Birthday, Catherine. We love you. W."
