The six-course dinners—expertly crafted to showcase seafood in thoughtful, creative ways—are available at exquisite restaurant The Manor within The St Regis Macao.
Originally from Bari on Italy’s Adriatic Coast, chef Dell’Aquila has gained experience in Michelinstarred kitchens all over Italy, Germany, Spain and Switzerland—not to mention knowledge of cooking some of the freshest and finest seafood available.
