When Peter Barwick purchased a Volvo Amazon with Ruddspeed modifications, he knew little about the Worthing-based tuning company run by racing driver and dealer Ken Rudd.

But that would soon change when he contacted Steve Gray of Brooklands Cars in Weybridge.
