Peace In Mind

The book Ten to Zen has been making headlines since its release at the end of last year. Author Owen O’Kane, who has a background in psychotherapy and medicine, was inspired to write the book having seen the impact of not caring for our minds every day in his work.

“Once, I was working with a lady who was really struggling with anxiety and I suggested a 30-minute daily meditation for her,” Owen recalls. “However, the demands of her life didn’t allow for her to give up a chunk of her day for this, which made me start thinking about creating something practical and helpful that could be used in just 10 minutes a day.”
