It is only fitting for someone to “roll in the Volvo” as the boys in the hood would say, as Volvo itself means I roll in Latin, conjugated from volvere. Volvo has been synonymous with consistency and endurance, both of which are integral to the Swedish environment. In 1924, Assar Gabrielsson, a sales manager, and Gustav Larson, a KTH-educated engineer, decided to construct a Swedish car.
