I stacked on about five kilos due to my anxiety and depression,” Natasha, 26, explains to NW during our exclusive photo shoot. “I was enjoying stuffing my face and wasn’t moving my body enough.
“After the show, I found it really hard to hit the gym. I wasn’t loving working out like I used to, which is a huge marker of depression.”
