Either we are going up or we are going down. In today’s fast changing world the values have become subjective. Values such as loyalty, integrity, and commitment are considered old; even to a point old fashioned. Job hopping is considered to be climbing up the corporate ladder. They are only opportunists driven by total selfishness. Deception or lying is considered smart and not dishonest. Nothing could be further from the truth. Not realizing the damage they are doing to themselves because such behavior leads to loss of trust. Values such as loyalty, integrity, and commitment are old but they are not obsolete. They are old because they have stood the test of time. They were here before we came and they will be here after we are gone.
