Jenna Dewan has, er, stepped things up in the rack department. Yep, with the actress’s noticeably bigger bust turning heads at the recent American Music Awards and while on vacay in Mexico last week, we hear she’s had a sneaky boob job to amp up her assets!

“She was on the upper side of an A-cup before and she’s more like a D-cup now,” US-based plastic surgeon Dr Dave David says. Unfortunately, the breast enhancement wasn’t the emotional, er, boost Jenna was hoping for, though...

Indeed, according to a close pal, the star has been feeling needy and insecure lately, which is apparently why she’s turned to implants, as well as fillers and laser treatments.

But now her insecurities are spilling into her eight-year marriage with Channing Tatum, which is causing serious tension between them.

“She’s been acting a little erratic, too and Channing’s quite worried about her,” spills NW’s insider.

However, Channing, 37, isn’t going to stand by with their daughter Everly, four, and watch his wife’s emotional crisis ruin their perfect family.

Our insider claims he’s determined to do whatever it takes to help Jenna, which is largely why he whisked her away to Cabo San Lucas on her 37th birthday for some much-needed rest and relaxation.

“This creature is one more year beautiful. The transformation she invoked this year has been something they only write about in books of fairytale and magic,” Channing gushed on Insty on December 4. &
