Transport yourself to the French Mediterranean coastline in the independent city-state of Monaco. Imagine a plush 4,000 plus sq ft home in the Larvotto area of Monaco, where two homes are seamlessly fused into a beautiful space by the firm, Humbert & Poyet. Except this isn’t your imagination, it’s reality!
The brief for the home was for it to be a timeless space, which exudes luxury. The building came with its bit of history, straight out of the 1970s, with a ceramic mosaic façade and interiors inspired by Monaco, Palm Beach and Palm Springs. “The family who own the apartment asked us to completely remodel it, to create the perfect layout for a family who frequently entertain at home. They really wanted to express, through their interiors, the idea of the urban Riviera lifestyle”, said Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet, Architects at Humbert & Poyet.
