Apart from this, one thing is common in successful artists or designers, is their commitment and determination. These flawless performers, who are rare on this earth, are respected, appreciated and admired upon throughout the ages and set examples for others. In this issue we have brought a few projects which are of course near-to-perfect.
Taking cues from the client’s visual preferences, Ar. Vaibhav & Gauri Shah of FACILIS architecture & interior design studio created an alluring & magnificent space with Oberoi Exquisite Duplex in Mumbai, with its modern & contemporary design approach while maintaining the utility and functionality.
Ar. Harsh Boghani of The Crossboundaries strongly believes in developing such designs that depart from the monotonous design style and induce an element of effervescent in them. He created a stunning fresh space to make shopping a different and rewarding experience featuring striking angularity from walls to flooring in a 380 sq. ft. sports store Playmart in Surat.
Life style in Kolhapur is such a project which gives the feel of an independent bungalow in apartment style, designed by Ar. Sunil Patil of Sunil Patil and Associates following the contemporary vernacular architecture.
Keeping up with the preferences of the client, a modern & contemporary style is explored in this bungalow designed by Er. Lokesh Chandrakar in Raipur, the building is functionally planned, intelligently designed and carefully executed to accomplish a royal look & majestic feel.
