Vinod & Ranju Singhi of BASICS Architects meticulously restored and modernized Mayo College's historic boarding houses, blending heritage conservation with contemporary functionality. The Ahmedabad villa, featured on the cover, by Ronak Patel, Jinal Patel & Naiya Patel of VPA Architects harmoniously merges sustainability and tradition, using upcycled materials and thoughtful design to create a home that celebrates both heritage and modern living. Manish Kumat blends classical European elegance with modern sophistication, curated with bespoke details and serene pastel hues at the Indore home. The Vrindavan farmhouse by Pranvi Jain & Dhruv DV of The Melange Studio stands as a timeless testament to the allure of rural living and the transformative power of architecture.
