The cover rightly calls attention to the Muzaffarnagar home by Ankita Sweety and Pratyoosh Chandan of Studio AVT which exhibits yesteryear’s integrity as well as a charming modernity of the current era with a sheer promise of timelessness. TOSTEM revolutionises the doors and window systems industry of Odisha by launching their experiential centre in Bhubaneswar. It was a pleasure to converse with Sandeep Mathur, India Leader of LHT Asia on the occasion. The visual identity of Manoj Patel Design Studio’s Vadodara office uses bold polychromatic shades with voluminous spaces to convey a vibrant visual of youthfulness and story tales inside the workspace. The Anand home by Ashish Patel, Nikhil Patel, Nilesh Dalsania, Vasudev Sheta of Ace Associates features raw and rustic finishes to nod to the desert theme of the party hideout. Talwinder Panesar of Planet Design & Associates designs the Ludhiana home inspired by luxurious living with a minimalist touch. Dotand (Amar Architecture & Designs Pvt Ltd)’s Shiju Pareed and Barun Patro seamlessly interspersed the internal spaces with interior landscape in this contemporary Kerala villa. Deepak Mukati & Kavita Mukati, at their self-designed studio in Indore, adopt a monochromic minimalism around a Memphis design aesthetics. A sophisticated material palette and a touch of traditional art stands out in the design of the luxury houseboat at Chilika Lake, Odisha, a design of Gautam Kumar Agrawal of Prakruti Vastukala.
