The Covid-19 pandemic is gradually being controlled across Canada and the Canadian economy is on its way to reopening. There are forecasts on settlement trends, the scarcity of essential human resources, inflation, price increases, and wages. These concerns are addressed in this issue of Culture Magazin.

Our inspirational story features a Vietnamese-Swedish lady, Denise Sandquist, who was adopted by a Swedish couple at the age of one month. Her journey finding her biological mother also helped her with an entrepreneurial innovation – creating a dating application called Fika, designed specifically for Vietnamese people.
