Eight new episodes of With Love, Meghan dropped on the streaming giant, causing a flurry of commentators leaping on the bandwagon and laying into the 44-year-old’s latest venture.

Many called it 'gushing', while others said they felt it was 'out of touch with reality' and 'typical of the woman who can’t stop cashing in on her royal status'. All fair comments in my view, but there is another way of looking at the Duchess of Sussex. Let’s be honest, she was never going to fit easily into the role of a Windsor wife.
