Two worlds collide at MBSV

What happens when two iconic worlds collide? What unfolds when a clever bookworm meets a humble dreamer and they face the same tests of heart and mind? Mahadevi Birla Shishu Vihar recently answered these questions with its cultural programme, The Mind Factory.

An original adaptation, The Mind Factory, brought together Roald Dahl's two classic characters - Matilda Wormwood (from Matilda) and Charlie Bucket (from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) - on one stage and in one universe of wonder.

Held at Kalamandir, the programme was graced by dignitaries, including Chief Guest Prashant Raj Shukla, Additional DM; Guests of Honour Prasenjit Roy, G.M. of Admission Tree, and Dola Mitra, Editor, Features at The Statesman. The presence of parents, along with educationists, principals, and directors of other institutes, added significance to the event. The day began with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony.
