NAIDU TOOK A STAND AFTER OPPOSITION LEADER IN THE NEIGHBOURING STATE, K CHANDRASEKHAR RAO, RECENTLY ACCUSED HIM OF MANIPULATING THE CENTRE TO BLOCK TELANGANA'S DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING ITS IRRIGATION PROJECTS, AFTER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT RETURNED THE DETAILED PROJECT REPORT.
Harping on unity between the two Telugu states on issues like water sharing and river interlinking, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today said that political differences should not lead to hostility. He claimed that he has never opposed any of the irrigation projects in Telangana, including the Kaleshwaram.
