Grant hails 'positive feeling' after losing streak is ended

HUDDERSFIELD Town boss Lee Grant hopes that the “positive feeling” of heading into the international break off the back of consecutive victories will be a boost for everyone at the club.
Town's 3-1 win over Plymouth at the weekend broke a run of three straight League One defeats
The Terriers have a two-week gap in their schedule following Saturday's 3-1 win over Plymouth Argyle, a result that brought an end to a run of three straight defeats in League One.
The victory leaves Town tenth in the table, on 22 points from 14 matches played, with the Terriers three points off the playoff places with a game in hand.
With his side losing five on the bounce before the start of last week, Grant highlighted the importance of going into the international break with back-to-back victories, having beaten Mansfield Town in the EFL Trophy in the midweek prior to Saturday's win.
“The supporters have stuck with the players so, so well and we've been so pleased with that,” Grant told HTTV after the weekend’s victory.
“We - and I in particular - really felt a responsibility to give them something back and they can rest a little bit easier over the next couple of weeks, but we're also aware that we're still not where we want to be, it’s one result.
