If you've been paying attention to the latest fashion trends, you might have noticed a growing movement. The "barely-there moustache" is making a major comeback, and it's taking over the global red carpet as well as Instagram feeds and Pinterest boards. From Hollywood actor Timothée Chalamet to Bollywood actor Veer Pahariya, many celebs have proven that the 'stache is no longer a relic of the past.
THE TIMOTHÉE EFFECT
It all started when Timothée Chalamet showed up at the recent Golden Globes with his girlfriend, reality TV personality-entrepreneur Kylie Jenner, with what can only be described as a 'pube-stache'. His look sparked a whirlwind of reactions. Host Nikki Glaser quipped, "You have the most gorgeous eyelashes on your upper lip." Fans weren't shy to express their opinion, either.
Despite the roasting, the trend seems to have caught on, with Pahariya joining the club during promotions for his upcoming film Sky Force.
