Opener Trisha Gongadi etched her name in the record books by scoring the first ever century in women's U-19 T20 World Cup that powered India into the semi-finals with a 150-run victory over Scotland here on Tuesday.
KUALA LUMPUR:
Trisha, who was deservedly adjudged player of the match, slammed 110 not out off just 59 balls with the help of 13 boundaries and four maximums after India were sent in to bat by Scotland at toss.
The Indians will next face England in the first semi-final on January 31.
