Hotel could become a nine-room care home
Glamorgan Gazette
|July 03, 2025
PLANS to turn a Bridgend hotel into a care home have been submitted to the local authority.
The plans were given to the council in April with a request for a change of use at the Parc Lodge guest house on Bryntirion Hill, Bridgend.
If approved, they could eventually see the site, located just outside of Bridgend town centre, turned into a nine-bedroom care home for adults with complex needs.
The proposals have been submitted by the Accomplish Group, which is a specialist provider of support for people with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
