Last Brit man standing Norrie thanks fans as he storms into fourth round
CAMERON NORRIE wants to carry on winning on Court 1 after crediting the crowd for cheering him back into the fourth round.
The last British man standing held off his fellow southpaw Mattia Bellucci to triumph 7-6 6-4 6-3 on his favourite court.
But the streaky Italian world No.73 produced a string of flashing winners before the British No.3 ground him down for his eighth win out of nine on Court 1 (the pair, below).
The 2022 Wimbledon semifinalist thanked the fans in his courtside interview and said: "You guys were amazing today. At every big moment, you got loud. It was amazing.
