GREAT Place To Work Sri Lanka recently announced the Best Workplaces for Women 2025, spotlighting organisations whose own employees validate them to be fostering inclusive, empowering and supportive work environments for women.

WOMEN'S EMOTIONAL CONNECTION TO THE WORKPLACE AMONGST THE BEST 20
The list size was increased to recognise 20 organisations that promote trust, respect, and opportunities for female talent, inspiring broader adoption of inclusive workplace practices.
Now in its seventh consecutive year, the study reflects participation from over 95,000 employees including 43,000 women, across 150+- assessments conducted between July 2024 and August 2025. Only organisations with a valid one-year Great Place To Work® Certification” during this period were eligible for selection, ensuring that all nominees meet the minimum global threshold in employee trust levels.
