13 years for teen author of terror attack manual

A STUDENT who wrote an online guide for terrorists on how to build weapons and bombs has been jailed for 13 years.

Jacob Graham, 20, dedicated his "Freedom Encyclopaedia" to "misfits, social nobodies, anarchists and terrorists past and future, who want to fight for freedom against the Government".

Using the name "Destro the Destroyer" he sent it to other extremists from his bedroom in his mum's house in Norris Green, Liverpool.

Graham, who was 18 or 19 at the time, also wrote a document called "The Plan" setting out his intention to commit a bombing campaign and kill 50 or more people.

He filmed dozens of videos in which he demonstrated explosives and talked about "Judgment Day" and "standing up for working-class people".

Chemicals

After being found guilty of terror offences, Graham was told by a judge at Manchester Crown Court yesterday that he was a "dangerous young man".

Graham, who was a computer science student at Hugh Baird College in Bootle, came to the attention of counter-terrorism police during a probe into purchases of chemicals that could be used to make explosives.
