COUNTRY music king Garth Brooks is crowing about shedding a staggering 50 pounds — but an explosive doctor’s opinion concludes the 60-year-old may sadly be heading for the last roundup!

While the 6-foot-1 cowboy, who previously crushed the scales at around 300 pounds, is publicly bragging he’s in great shape, a top doctor is convinced the singer’s dramatic weight loss is a dangerous red flag his heart, liver and prostate have been ravaged by decades of yo-yo dieting!

“Yo-yo dieting steers people into the depths of inflammation, pain and life-threatening chronic illnesses,” says Dr. Stuart Fischer, who hasn’t treated Garth. “He’s steered himself into a health crisis.”
